“I purchased two tickets to a sold out show. I ended up reselling one of them on Stubhub as I only needed one ticket.
Turns out the tickets were fake. I got a refund for my order, but I'm being fined for selling a fake ticket, even though StubHub themselves guaranteed it!
This is after multiple service agents told me that I had done everything right and would not be fined since they guaranteed their tickets.
The only reason I'm not giving 1 star is I have had a couple of good experiences in the past with them.”
“I experienced difficulty in the claiming of the tickets and in the transfer process with Ticketmaster. I believe the issue was with their firewall which detected the interaction with StubHub as suspicious activity. I resolved the issue by reconfiguring my setup options on my phone, but the experience was a painful one.”

Instead of issuing me a refund for my original seats, I was given a replacement which included an extra seat that I didn’t even need. I am never buying from Stubhub again!”

“It all worked fine. Parking was easy and we were close to the show. It might help if each message leading up to the event included the statement that the user should scan the QR code on the way in and on the way out.”
