“My tickets that I paid $825 for were relisted on my account and sold for $1 each. StubHub told me that they don’t believe my account was accessed by a 3rd party. Basically they said “too bad”. This company sucks so hard that’s it’s unbelievable. I’ll never ever use them again.”
“Transferred tickets to StubHub. I later cancelled the sale. Was repeatedly promised I would get the tickets back. Contacted them 3 times. Was repeatedly promised “the tickets will come back in a couple hours”. Tickets never showed up, ai missed the event, never sold the tickets and was refused compensation. I would NEVER trust nor use StubHub again. Do not recommend.”
“1st off, we didn't expect the additional fees to be so excessive! Then when we were trying to access our tickets it took multiple attempts, and over an hour with 2 of us problem solving. We eventually had to call their help desk to finally access our tickets. They make me never want to go see a show again!!!”
“Absolutely horrible customer service and a faulty delivery system. Bought tickets $240. Never received proper QR codes. Venue wouldn’t admit us even with some email evidence. Had to buy two more tickets Filed claim for refund. Was flat out refused. A fair amount of money basically stolen. Bridge burned. Bye StubHub”
“When trying to contact them through the website you have to chat with a AI robot which gives conflicting answers to the response you get from a so called customer service representative. The customer service representative spoke poor English and their was yelling and screaming in the background. They give the same standard answers for many questions . Ultimately dealing with them was a nightmare and I ended up being charged almost $180 for 3 $20 tickets that I didn't even use. Never again!”
“It was my first time using StubHub, I was kind of leery about it in purchasing tickets but I did it. It was a great experience. It was easy to download on my phone & store. When I got to the theater, easy to pull up and scan. It was all legit. So the experience overall was great”
“Quick, easy app with no glitches in retrieving the tickets. The show was enjoyable. Next time, I go to a concert, Id like to sit somewhere closer than the nosebleed section. But at the same time was grateful for the distance, as I am not a fan of really loud noises or extremely bright lights. This was part of the show , and wouldnt be the same without it.... just a quirk of my own. Parking was very easy!. Can only recommend that others get to their performances a minimum of an hour early!! Was not keen on the the concession stand being only credit card.”
