“Do not buy a parking pass along with your tickets! The Cubs game started at 3:10 and my parking pass changed the night before to start at 3:45!!! Why would anyone want to park after the game started? I contacted Stubhub and they did nothing. We had to spend another $100 to park somewhere else. Very frustrating and stressful”
“I purchased a parking pass offered at the the time of purchasing tickets for the concert but the location was more than 6 miles away with no transportation to the Bowl. This was highway robbery. I then had to purchase another parking pass for 10x the amount.”
“I had accidentally ordered two sets of tickets. I contacted them and they helped me resolve the issue in no time. Super helpful and extremely friendly!”
“Got runaround from customer service. Noticed that the tickets I needed to sell were hidden from potential buyers going to their site. A buyer would need to first know to go to the filters and deselect the default setting for recommended tickets. This despite my tickets having recommended status per my listing page. Service rep was unhelpful and issue was not resolved. Also, buyer beware, they are Not a primary seller site like ticket master they are a secondary market.”
“The process was very easy and the price was very reasonable. The seats we got were awesome. The entire experience was fantastic despite the rain. Toto, Men At Work, and Christopher Cross did a great job!”
“Good user interface when it comes to searching for tickets and seeing what the views would be like from the seats.
However, when I tried to buy the tickets from the desktop version of Stubhub numerous times, trying different forms of payment (Apple Pay and PayPal), the order did not go through. When I tried the Stubhub app that night, I saw different/higher pricing for the same tickets.
I waited until the next morning. The desktop experience was still not allowing me to complete the purchase, but I was finally able to see consistent pricing between the Stubhub app and the desktop experience. I was able to complete the purchase on the app (using Apple Pay).
However, this entire process took me several hours to complete over the course of two sittings. And the price of these US Open tix seemed to be going up the longer I had to wait to make the purchase. Time is critical when it comes to purchasing tix so there needs to be consistent, working experiences across mobile and desktop.”
“We live in Pennsylvania and drove to Cleveland the day of the concert. When the vendor did not release our tickets we were within an hour of the venue on a call with customer service trying to get replacement tickets. The situation was not ideal, but Sebastian in customer service handled everything and found/ ordered us new tickets which we quickly received.”
“Extremely Disappointed, NO Tickets, No Refund.
I bought my tickets from StubHub a month ago, but I still haven't received them, just hours before the event. Instead of being excited to attend, I'm stressed and anxious. I contacted their customer service, but it was the worst experience. No real help, only empty promises that the tickets would arrive within the hour, and it took more than an hour to wait while on the phone with them, and the tickets never arrived.
They refuse to issue a refund because they didn't own the tickets, claiming they are a final sale, despite failing to deliver what I paid for. This is unacceptable. StubHub ruined what should have been a fun experience. I would never use them again and strongly warn others to avoid buying from this company.”
