“Absolutely horrible. I bought US open tickets only because Stubhub was the first link that came up and assumed this is the primary ticket vendor. Huge mistake. Even at 2 days prior to the event, they didnt release the tickets to ticketmaster (stating that there was a system glitch) and i was left with no solution. I ended up not being able to attend the event. Do NOT use Stubhub.”

“Never again! I missed half of a show i flew to Vegas for. Got to the venue 1 hr early and was not able to download my tickets that i had bought 5 months before. Customer service started my tickets had been sold to someone else. Only could offer other tickets (not garenteed as good or better)or refund. After missing half of the show. Never use them again.”

“Bought tickets for a show. Did not know until later show was canceled. Instead of refunding to original payment , Stubhub put my money in a wallet. I called told them why would you not credit back to original payment. Now I am being told 5 to 8 days to credit my acct. I was speaking with someone who could hardly speak English making him hard to understand and he gets an attitude. A so called supervisor at that who was annoyed he had to get on the phone. Won't buy tickets from Stubhub again”
“Stub Hub was great to purchase MLB tickets from - the game was amazing -- even though our team lost! Would definitely recommend them and use them again -- I just would NOT purchase the parking pass along with the game as the QR code didnt work at all at the machines and so we basically paid twice for parking - and the actual price we paid was cheaper than the pass price (that didn't work). But the experience was still GREAT!”
“Ordered tickets to Bad Bunny, StubHub continued to verify them before the concert and sent me a notice they were invalid. They worked with reseller and got me significantly better seats for my original price. Tickets did work - no issue!”
