After the purchase, the app said it would just take 5 minutes at download our tickets. We had to wait close to 20 minutes! 'Very anxious hoping to get in to the event on time.”

Originally my ticket request were for seat 1 and 2 and we ended up getting seats 14 and 25. The area we sat in was awesome. The reason why we wanted seats 1 and 2 it's right next the aisle which wiukd gave made it more convenient to get in/out of instead of climbing our way through other people.
