“Hi I purchased tickets for baseball game this weekend in Tampa. My husband suffered an amputation (below the knee) so it will be a bit difficult to be in regular seats witb his prosthetic that he just got. Trying to walk and deal with the process. StbbHub WILL NOT make any changes to it what so ever. No empathy, no consideration to his situation, I guess he needed to be dead so they could do something. Its discriminating against disabled ppl. I paid a lot of money for these tickets (Feb 21-22 Yankees Spring Training games). I wanted him to enjoyed it more, be more comfortable throughout the event. You are terrible company. I never received my tickets and didn’t have time to call because my boyfriend had made other plans to make up for it. Since I didn’t call and spend my Valentine’s Day on phone they didn’t honor my refund. Do NOT buy tickets from them”
