“Tickets for concert were pricey, and the seat map was completely inaccurate. The view was so bad that we had to move to staging room only. There was a balcony literally in my line of sight. And of course stub hub isn’t letting me upload the photo.”
“I bought tickets to Yungblud @ Mission Ballroom. When I purchased the tickets, I received the concert tickets just fine. When I purchased the parking pass for Mission Ballroom parking, I had an issue with it not opening up! All I had was the confirmation code. So we got to the venue & was turned away at the parking garage. When you tried to open the pass it would just hang. I trued this all week & called StubHub customer service. I ended up getting scammed & now have a charge for $399.00 I am fighting with Chase Bank to get it resolved.”
“The parking lot we paid $200 to park at was actually trashy place and when we got to the location 1.5 hrs before kick off, the turned us away because it was full. I don’t know how it could be full if everyone used one paid spot.
I saw at least 3 more folks who also paid and was turned away.
It was a very bad experience and we ended up parking a long way from the stadium.
Never again will I use your site to buy parking.”
“Lil Wayne concert was canceled August 1st Ticketmaster has already sent refunds because of his illness and StubHub is waiting for a reschedule date instead of issuing a refund. I personally will never purchase from them again”
“Ticket barcode would not appear until a couple hours before the show. And then it only showed up after I dealt with 2 customer service agents. In one of the chats, the customer service agent was working on my case and then the chat closed out and I had to restart with someone new. In the other chat, I was told to call Ticketmaster… who had no record of my tickets at all. I traveled out of state for a concert without having a scannable ticket available until a few hours before the show… even though I spent $600 on nosebleed seats. The ticketing process was anxiety inducing and not a pleasant experience. I will not be purchasing from stubhub again.”
“I was very happy to be able to get a ticket for the Weird Al show. I so wanted to be inside and tickets had sold out within minutes. 3 X the price was pretty steep for me but I’m thankful. My seat was in the far back corner but 1/2 hour in I moved half way down the auditorium to an empty seat.
