“I ordered a parking pass and was sent a link the day of the show. I received the link about 1:45pm on the day of the show. When I clicked on the link, it said my pass didn't work from the selling vendor. I did speak to customer service and send them a screen shot and they contacted the vendor. CS told me I'd get an email from the vendor before the show. I never got one, so I bought a new parking pass. When I asked you guys for my refund, you said no it was considered a valid sale. It has been sent on to a supervisor and I await the out come.”
