“I was able to purchase two good seats in the section and row I was looking for at a reasonable price. Stubhub rarely disappoints and it’s very easy to make ticket purchases on the website.”
“I think the price was decent. Would have been better if StubHub hadn't tacked on another 50% for its fees 🙄. Also I think that sellers need to know it is 2026 and should be able to provide a digital pass so that customers can upload to their digital wallets. I bet there are a lot of customers that don't even have a printer at home anymore because everything is done digitally.... And now I have to worry about printing off a PDF document to use as my parking pass. Not really impressed.”
“We bought our Ariana Grande tickets months in advance. We were traveling out of town for the concert so we were a little nervous about getting tickets. On the day of the concert we still had not received the tickets. At 5pm stub hub reached out to us to see if we had received the tickets (we didnt) and they sent us tickets within minutes. The tickets were much better than we had originally purchased and we had no problems getting into the concert.”
