“Price was good, ticket was downloaded immediately on 2nd attempt. First attempt, ticket was confirmed, then cancelled later. Didn't like that. 5 stars if that didn't happen.”
“I purchased this ticket the day of the event, literally expecting to buy the ticket and walk in. I was pleasantly surprised that there were tickets left at such a reasonable price and decent location. Had I used StubHub first, I could have received my ticket sooner.”
“We paid $238 dollars for 2 tickets to a college football game 8th row up from 30 yard line. Stub hub ”upgraded” us (no option for us to decline) to $19.00 seats in the endzone with a bunch of rowdy students. The upgrade happened right as we were at the stadium. We saw people sitting in our seats so they obviously resold our seats long before we got there. Game was Saturday, I tried to call Monday and of course no phone number that will work. Had to be online with AI forever and I kept asking for a human. Finally got one who said I only had 3 hours from start of event to complain about the “upgrade”.. Said it was in the small print. This is so wrong. Do not trust their so called fan protection. We will NEVER use them again. A complete con job!”
“Purchased tickets from StubHub after being scammed by VividSeats (who did not make it right). Such an easy experience purchasing and getting my tickets. Will use StubHub going forward.”
“StubHub You Rock!!!! I searched tickets at the last minute, day of the Raymond Usher / Chris Brown concert and you found me floor seats!!! The venue (NRG Stadium) staff were friendly and professional; my daughter and I had a Grand Time!!! I am forever a customer of yours… Thanks for the easy access and simple process!”
