“The ticket purchase was easy, wasn’t thrilled about the high fees. Disappointed in the long lines to get into the venue we arrived at 6:15pm for a 7pm show time and made it into the venue at 7:20 missing 20 minutes of the first act. Horrible system for entey”

This was really wonderful when it came to knowing what the cost of the tickets was potentially going to be prior to making the purchase. Then once I made the purchase access to the tickets as immediate.”

Bought 2 Oasis tickets but only one transferred into my Ticketmaster account. 90 mins of anxiety and immense frustration to resolve the issue and that was thanks to the Will Call guys help at Soldier Field. Got into the show 30 mins beforehand but the experience ruined the build up to the concert.
I’m sure the majority of transactions are pain free but my experience was horrible.”

Anyway, choose seats and dealing with Stubhub was painless. The cost was excessive, but no more than the comopetitors wanted.”
