“I won’t lie I was nervous once I hit purchase and then realized I didn’t have access to the tickets right away. I thought mobile transfer would be instant. Thankfully the transfer still took place plenty of time prior to the game and I felt much better. I would use StubHub again based on my first experience.”
“I bought tickets for a concert, the day before the concert I went to get my tickets. When I clicked to transfer them it said that the tickets had already been accepted by another email address. I used all email addresses I could think of including friends, family, and nothing. StubHub couldn’t do anything for me and said they would expedite it as important since the concert was the next day. I never heard anything from them, so after the concert I called again asking for a refund since I had told them I had no access to my tickets and called them a bunch of times the day before with no resolve. They told me I couldn’t have a refund because the tickets were accepted. But I never accepted them and they could not tell me where the tickets went or who accepted them. So $500 wasted and got to be played around on the phone for hours with them.”
“The reason for giving a three out of five is because I ordered tickets received a confirmation and ended up having those tickets cancelled by the system and new tickets were distributed to me in a different section that was farther out. I did not receive any refund for the difference so it was pretty upsetting , although I did enjoy the concert.”

It also came in an electronic form that required I scan my ticket in the app - no download to wallet was available in the format that they used. I've used StubHub before without a problem but this was definitely a sub-par experience, particularly considering what I paid which wasn't cheap ($550+ for the ticket and about $100 in fees.)”

“Horrific customer service. They say they do something then never do it. Took my money and never gave me the tickets nor did anything to resolve the issue.”

If the tickets were made available a bit earlier this would improve customers outlook.
