“StubHub sold me tickets with an obstructed view and then refused to take any responsibility for it. A $2billion dollar company can’t stand by a $50 ticket.”
“The whole process was clear and easy to complete. The garage was secure and in close proximity to the venue. Thank you so much! Will definitely use again!”
“I was going to be in Nashville and I realized that I’d love to go to a concert that was right near my hotel. I was able to get a ticket immediately and just a couple of days before I was leaving. The seat was in a great spot and the concert was amazing. The price was a little high but it was well worth it to me.”
“Leave me happy? I did not get my tickets till the final couple of hours before the show. And they were not the ones I purchased. Though the seats that they gave me were excellent. I was not confident that I was actually going to be able to get the tickets as I could get no response from StubHub other than talking to their AI assistant. Everything worked out in the end however there was unnecessary stress, and as I have flown in to Toronto for the show, it would’ve been a major disappointment and I not gotten to the concert.”
“Horrible. I tried to purchase OSU vs Colorado football tickets for 10/24/26 and every time I selected the tickets and tried to checkout, it kept telling me the listing was no longer available. I refreshed the page several times and it still showed the listing was available. I tried again and yet again, same error. I even tried changing my payment method. Same error no matter what listing I chose. I won’t ever buy tickets on here again. I’d choose 0 stars, but they make you choose at least 1. Don’t waste your time with StubHub guys.”
