“Horrible!! I tried multiple times to contact customer service, after being told I would (via chat, of course, there are no actual customer support numbers) receive a refund. After 5 days had passed, they then told me the case had been reviewed and I didn’t qualify. What?!?!”
“They didn’t release my tickets until the last possible moment; causing me to be unable to sell them as I had a family emergency. I bought the tickets in March and didn’t receive anything til the night before the concert. Due to their “policy” I was unable to resell them.”
“I bought tickets to a concert in Newark, NJ and they offered a parking pass marketed as the best parking for the venue. It was not. It was an 18 minutes walk from the venue in a not so good part of town and on my walk there I saw 6(!) closer parking garages. When I went to StubHub about this I was waiting on them for 50 minutes only for them to tell me there was nothing they could do about it. I will not be buying from them again.”
“Everything works great in the process, however, I just can't get over the ridiculous cost with all the secret fees. The only reason I bought these is it's been my wife of 43 years favorite band since the 70s and this was a surprise to her.”
“Ordered 3 Wicked tickets for Indianapolis in December of 2024 for June 2025. Hadn't received them via email. When I reached out to them, they tried to sell me a much lower ticket. They NEVER RESERVED MY ORIGINAL TICKETS and were not going to refund the difference. VERY DISAPPOINTING! Never again! Show is sold out. Great!”
“Don't use StubHub!!! I ordered two RedSox-Yankee tickets 7weeks in advance for $467. Still did not have them 50 minutes b4 game. Customer service then said they had "upgrade" for all they had put me thru. He assured me they were better seats. Walk into Park, seats were right field partially obstructed and had to turn 45degrees in seat to see home plate. Left after two innings w neck aches. StubHub lied to me, never offered refund, and dealing w customer service a joke. Joke organization!!!!!”
“Do not buy parking for an event through this site. Complete scam!! The parking lot was 4 miles away from the event in the complete hood. Location was misstated purposely on the site.”
“Generally StubHub is good. However if you are buying any event tickets from StubHub, DO NOT BUY ANY PARKING 3RD PARTY PARKING PASS FROM STUBHUB. It is a scam! I bought a parking pass for Citi Field in Queens NY and the email I received stated it is a 3rd party parking garage operates in the Citi Field parking lot. However, Citi Field parking lot gate agent told me there is no such thing for 3rd party parking company section. I contacted StubHub support and the support agent told me I would need to go to the location where the parking garage is and ask them how to get the pass for Citi Field parking lot, and the parking garage is located in Brooklyn somewhere. I end up paying extra money for the Citi Field parking and I can't get my refund.”
