“The ticket purchasing experience with Stubhub was excellent. My first purchase had to be refunded due to the show getting canceled due to Billy Joels health. I was able to replace the tickets for Stevie Nicks and the show was amazing. The issue that I had was that I purchased the parking pass offered by Stubhub. It was for an open lot with poor directions and signage. If that wasn't bad enough it was a 20+ minute walk from the event. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. DON'T BUY THE PARKING PASS!!”

“Never delivered tickets for Eagles Tampa Bucs game. After traveling from Phila to Tampa. 2hrs before game they said tickets weren’t available anymore. After paying for them a month ahead of time. We ran into others at the game with same issue from stub hub. Tried contacting customer support which was useless. I will never use Stub hub again and would not recommend them to anyone.”

“FRAUD ALERT! An event I bought tickets for was canceled via Ticketmaster and I received an email a week ago about it being canceled. Stubhub offers no way to email or call and you have to use their AI chat which is no help. No refund of yet and they are still selling tickets for the event even though the show was officially canceled over a week ago. I will never buy tickets through stubhub again.”
