“I bought parking on Stubhub and everything was smooth. Then, the day of the concert, I was supposed to be transferred the parking pass by 5:00pm. It never received it even though Stubhub had said that the tickets were ready and could be found using my email. I started stressing out and contacted Stubhub via email. They got back to me so fast and said do not worry and that they would reach out to the seller. Then, on my drive to the event Stubhub called me directly to confirm that they resolved the issue with the seller and that I received the tickets. Their customer service was impeccable and I would recommend using them to everyone.”
