“My 85 year old mother bought 2 tickets for the Monterey Jazz festival. She was told one of her tickets was invalid at the door. After being totally embarrassed she went to the box office and had to buy another ticket to get in. She called Stubhub and they said " Don't worry will give you a refund" When she followed up with pictures of the ticket she had to purchase at the venue. She got this threating letter for this company!

We take the fraudulent claims seriously and will be pursuing all legal remedies (criminal and civil) to the fullest extent of the law in any cases where we identify illegal activity, including: permanently deactivating your account, billing your credit card for any fraudulent claims, applying penalties, and/or referring the case to local law enforcement as per Section 19 of the User Agreement that you assented to when you joined and/or utilized the platform.
Any disputes or chargebacks will be refuted with evidence of fraudulent behavior and sent to your bank as well as the authorities.”

I never got and they just over months kept telling me to wait and that they sent him and I never got them and they let me go in circles and never ever solve the problem and once the event was passed, refused to refund me do not use them”

My husband then got on his phone and failed to see that StubHub had checked the boxes for parking and insurance. He bought the tickets and insurance/parking. We were flying to this show and staying within walking distance of the venue. I am convinced that my 2 attempts did not go thru because l declined the parking/insurance. This morning we received an email that the tickets we bought are now unavailable. New tickets with worse sight lines were offered. We bailed. Never, never again!!”

With taxes and fees I paid $65 dollars for the parking pass and received an email confirmation for my purchase however upon receiving my ticket I was given $20 parking 10 minutes away from where I purchased the pass for. I have been going back and forth with StubHub for over a week only to be told that it's only a 10 minute walk and I should be okay. I have asked 4 times for a refund and was given an email address to transfer tickets to however no one is responding since last week. I am very disappointed and angered by this lack of professionalism. I was trying to avoid going through my bank and filing a dispute however at this point StubHub has left me no choice.”
