“I bought a ticket from them to attend a World Cup game Maroc vs Haiti when I arrived at the stadium my ticket wasn’t available it won’t scan at all I immediately contacted the customer service I told the ticket is not available to cancel it and give me my refund they said the company who is selling the tickets for some reason did not release the barcode. Is been 2 weeks I’m still waiting for my refund they keep telling me we will contact you in 72 hour.

I am an international visitor without a USA phone number, just internet connection.
The ticket supplier HAS to send me a verification txt to receive the tickets or register the APP
StubHub said that this was a “me” problem and wouldn’t give me a refund and could not fix the problem.
I then told them I would get PayPal to cancel the transaction, StubHub then cut me off and would help at all
I went to the venue of the performance and after 3 hours of discussion ( not with StubHub) they managed a workaround……. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN”

“Bought tickets. Seller messed up listing and sent me tickets for different date/different venue. I was told that I would be sent email for a refund or to request new tickets as good or better than what I bought. I have since made 5 phone calls to make this right and keep being told that the department that handles these issues does not take phone calls. The customer service is a joke!! There has to be someone that can make this right. My fear is that I get all the way to concert date (less than a week) and they stick me in the nosebleeds (my original tickets were floor seats).”

We went to spain portugal game and had no issues getting our tickets transferred using the fifa website and fifa ticket app.
The instructions were very clear.
