“StubHub treats its ticket sellers like dirt. They cut my listing roughly a half day before the event not informing me of this illogical move for a theater listing. Note they used to have a 30 minute roll before events that they no longer continued listing, but they don’t talk clients now. They have treating me badly with the listing that they screwed up because of the app, not updating quickly enough about a sale in which they sold the same tickets twice, but I had to correct their problem and they made me pay for it. StubHub treats their sellers terribly.
Of note, I’ve been a ticket purchase on a lot more occasions than I’ve sold tickets on StubHub. Many of my purchases have gone well, but StubHub when there’s a problem does not take good care of you.

“StubHub are theives they put wrong photos of where you will sit & charge 100 service fee for ticket purchased. You can just go Doritos the site like ticket master & they don’t rip you off. They won’t let u exchange or change a ticket. They are horrible in customer service as well. Please don’t purchase from StubHub you can find tickets elsewhere for better prices. Horrible will never use again!!”

“Super easy and reasonably priced. No surprise addition fees, as well, which I really liked. Tickets were made available almost immediately and Stubhub kept me informed.

“I didn't like the change in my tickets at the last minute. I didn't like being notified at 6pm the evening of concert that my tickets could not be provided . Never told.me why. They asked did I wanted the substitute tickets . I took them.because I was already dressed and ready to.go. Luckily the tickets were to good seats . I was happy with them.”
“I’ve used StubHub many times, and this was the first time I ran into an issue. The purchase itself was fine, but after accepting the ticket transfer, I learned the tickets were hosted on a different app I wasn’t familiar with, and the delay in receiving the tickets was stressful. It took a while before I finally received 'em. Everything worked out in the end!”

“I purchased a set of tickets and then "upgraded" with another purchase for better seats - specifically as you advertised that it is easy to resell. The fact that your site does not promote your tickets with visibility unless you sell them within your resell range basically does not give the seller to sell at their price - only at your determined range. I thus completely lost the second pair of tickets and had to swallow the cost. I have resold with ticket resellers before but this was the absolute worst experience.”

I didn’t realize I had to wait for tickets and that made me nervous, but I had my tickets in time for the event and I was able to surprise my husband and daughter with TSO tickets for Christmas. The process is so easy and the tickets were very affordable for the seats they got! They had a great time and StubHub made the process seamless. I will definitely use them again.”
