I called customer service, I was on their phone with them for hours, missed the show, filed for a refund with an order number. They sent an email stating that the funds will be returned within 7-10 business days. Today on 9/1, I never received any physical transaction of 138.95 to my account. These people are continuing to tell me they will have someone contact me via email about the problem in 48 hours. I have never had money stolen from a legit business in my life. I am not letting this go because its the "principal" and its my money! I am so dissatisfied and traumatized. Please think twice about ordering tickets from STUB HUB. the y just took my money.
