We bought Luke Combs tickets at Notre Dame. Our tickets ended up being behind a camera man scaffolding for the concert.
I have pictures of our view. We couldn't see anything. We then had to purchase new tickets so we could see the concert.
We turned in the pictures and evidence of the tickets to Ticket master. They told us that our tickets were Obstructive view and that they were listed that way. I said, they weren't listed that way when I bought them.
Ticket master said you got them through
Stub hub and we needed to go through Stub hub but ticket master said on their sight these tickets were listed as Obstructive view because of the camera and Scaffolding.
Contacted Stub about the situation and showed them the pictures of the Scaffolding and they said there was nothing they could do because the scaffolding is movable.
Scaffolding isn't movable.
