“Horrible service will never use them again failed to proved me with tickets even though the tickets were purchased 10 months prior to the event when they failed to provide they just say I’m sorry and expect you to be ok with an I’m sorry do not recommend doing business with this unprofessional company”
“The facility was good and the parking straightforward but we were told it was 3/10 of a mile away from the stadium before purchasing and then 8/10th immediately after the purchase. That is a big difference especially with a small child. That was our only negative”
“These guys always come through and it's always easy and navigable and as-advertised. They also totally saved the day after a different vendor (GoTickets) completely failed to deliver on the day-of (after hotels etc. were already purchased). Big fan, can't recommend them highly enough.”

“Purchased concert tickets for my husband's birthday and when we got to the door, tickets on my phone, we were told that they were invalid and had already been redeemed. Customer service said that it was "unfortunate" and that they were going to send us other (worse) tickets to replace it. Those tickets were not received until half an hour after the show started, meaning we had to buy new tickets at the box office to see the show. Still waiting for my money back.”
“Great Seats for a show that was sold out. I'm new to StubHub so a bit nervous on just getting tickets right before the show, but it worked out and they showed up in my app and there were no issues getting into the Theater. Thanks!”
“Tickets are always a good price and if anything happens as far as a concert gets cancelled stubhub gives us our money back in credit or our account. The only thing is when I got parking pass for a concert it was very far and not safe so I ended up getting an uber. So maybe only doing parking passes that are close tot he venue because our parking was 40 minutes away”
