“Purchased tickets from StubHub, received the wrong tickets, contacted Stubhub with no action on their part, ask how long this process would take, allowed the time Stub Hub asked for 4 different times over 4 weeks. I returned the incorrect tickets as StubHub requested. Needless to say like many other customer complaints, I do not have tickets and now working towards getting a refund. After reading several reviews, StubHub does not uphold its guarantee of providing comparable tickets if something goes wrong. Customer service is horrible, StubHub is not a good service provider at all.”

“Hi, I had a sale that has been sucessfully closed, I received the money from stubhub. But on the 6th of Dec, 24 i was charged an amount, as a penalty I think. Since then I challenged this charge twice, i called/wrote to the call center 5 times already and the issue is still not resolved! I think that this is an intentional delay from stubhub in order to make the seller (me) give up. this is not ok for such a big site like stubhub not to clarify this situation after 3 months! I am very dissapointed!”

I purchased tickets to That Girl LayLay. The show was cancelled and rescheduled to a date that I was unable to attend. I contacted Stubhub immediately, as well as PayPal to make them aware. To date I have not received a refund, and I also never received the tickets. I complained with the BBB. I have tried to talk to both Stubhub and PayPal but neither party seems to care that they basically stole $200+ from a consumer. I will NEVER use Stubhub again and caution others to avoid using them as well.”

“Client of mine brought group to Las Vegas to see the Eagles at the Sphere. He bought tickets days in advance. On the day of the concert he contacted customer service multiple times and was told they would fulfill the ticket request or deliver similar tickets and would notify an hour or more before the concert. They never contacted him until after the concert started and it was sold out by that time. Had they told him an hour before he could have gotten other tickets. He paid for flights and hotel rooms for 4 people.”
“Do not accept stub hub suggestions for parking in Indianapolis. Stub hub will leave you with a two mile walk to your event. Also, if you are attending an event at Lucas Oil Field there is a great private lot immediately to the east of the stadium, the guy waves you in, parks you close and charges less than stub hub.”

“I will never use stub hub again. I bought tickets for a concert. The day of the concert came and I still had no barcode or form of ticket to take to my concert. I spent 2 and a half hours with customer service. 2 different phone calls and online chatting. My first call was at 5 pm and I was told I’d have my tickets within that hour. My concert was at 8pm that night and I had an hour drive, concerned I was going to drive to the venue and not have tickets. That hour passed, still no tickets. After 15 minutes on online chatting with customer service I was told they would make my case a priority and that I would receive my tickets within 15 minutes. I am taking my chances and already driving to the concert. 15 minutes go by, still no tickets, and I am forced to call again. It is now 6:15 and they tell me that I should receive my tickets within an hour. I eventually received my tickets at 7:10. Doors opened at 7 so I got horrible seating. I HIGHLY do NOT recommend stub hub and I will NEVER use them again. Complete waste of my time and pointless head ache I had to go through. They compensated my troubles with a $2.00 voucher to their website, as if I would even think about buying from them ever again. Complete joke. Don’t waste your time with this website.”
“as of right now I would give them a 0 star. 1) when I listed my 5 tickets on sale I selected don't leave me with one ticket...they left me with 1 ticket to sell. 2) luckily the ticket sold but it cost me a lot of time and effort dealing with customer service and I never heard from them. 3) then when I transferred tickets from ticketmaster to stubhub "for faster / better sales" it apparently didn't work on 4 of the 5 tickets. 4) However, the single ticket did go to the stubhub account but the buyer didn't get the ticket so they canceled the purchase. 5) even though this is all due to stubhub issues they are denying my claim....”
“I purchased parking tickets to a basketball game in Philly from Stubhub. I followed and completed all the steps required by Stubhub. When I was prompted to "View Tickets", I received parking tickets for another day, another event. I had to pay for parking myself. When I supplied documentation to Stubhub showing I completed all steps, the incorrect ticket they sent me, and the receipt showing that I had to pay for parking, they told me that they could not refund my payment because I reported this after the event took place. They offered me 25% credit towards a future purchase at Stubhub, not a refund. I'm eating the cost of the original parking purchase. They stole from me. I will NEVER use Stubhub again.”
“First time using this website. I bought random tickets for Sydney Qudos Sun 19 Feb 2025. Surprisingly best seats ever (Sec 20-KK- 433/434 on the aisle) and my daughter got an unexpected hi-five and compliment from DRAKE when he left the stage and came up the stairs. Drake utilised the whole racetrack stage. Added bonus was PARTYNEXTDOOR. I would of given 5 stars but the added Fees and Vat was quite an excessive charge.”
