Received a new £2500 road bike mid-May from Tredz. After 3 weeks I noticed a crack developing in the seat tube, which I reported to Tredz straight away. I had a response from their warranty team within the hour, which I was quite impressed with. However, after two weeks of requesting an update and getting radio silence, I contacted the manufacturer directly who informed me that Tredz had not even been in touch. Hoping to deal direct with the manufacturer from now and avoid Tredz completely... like I should have done in the first place

I didn't want to believe the bad rap Tredz was receiving but it seems that most of it is deserved. Once an issue occurs it takes sooooo long for a simple thing to be dealt with. I eventually got through to a person on their so called live chat after over 6hrs waiting and I thought the problem had been sorted an exchange for a set of pedals that were on back order and holding the rest of the order up for another make that were in stock, I even paid extra for the different pedals as I was starting to lose the will. Get this they replaced the ones that were in stock so I now I'm back in the queue waiting to cancel the whole order. People haven't got time to sit waiting for a reply or days on end. Would you? !!

Sports Sirrus I was reluctant to review this situation .Due to the present climate ,i partly understand the lack of communication. However reporting a problem with the bottom crank on a new bicycle which had completed only 120 miles approximately,i expected that to resolve the problem since 8 June would not take long. However the bike still not repaired ,and i am forced to have the bike repaired locally rather than send it back to TREDZ .

Terrible service. Customer service is abmismal. Returns process is awful. I won't be using tredz again. Wish I had read these reviews first

I would give no stars if possible. Awful company with terrible website and processing. I ordered a pair of padded shorts, they took ages to arrive so in the meantime I ordered from Wiggle instead. To return to Tredz you have to purchase a label which is then emailed to you rather than an instant download. This took over a day. When attempting to contact their customer service team I was on hold with their chat for 2 and a half hours, and when I didn't reply within 5 minutes the chat was ended. Never ever buying from this company again and strongly advise against other purchasing from them.

PLEASE READ THIS FOR HELP I recently bought a Cannondale, it arrived with a damaged fork. Believe all the previous reviews, the customer service is abysmal. 45 min plus to answer the phone, no reply to email, live chat a joke. I was offered £25 compensation which is laughable, then offered £35. I refused both and then the contact ended as I want a new fork. I contacted Halfords head office on 0345 504 5353 as they own Tredz and they are now dealing with the matter.

Recall on my Cannondale CaadX ( possible life threatening or serious injury from Fork failure) consumer instructed and published by a Tredz and Cannondale to return our bicycle for fitting of brand new Carbon fork. Communication to get this done is near impossible and in the meantime we are told not to ride the bicycle. Shocking unacceptable after sales service . Avoid a Tredz or buying a Cannondale .

Terrible build quality followed by terrible customer service. Do not buy a bike from Tredz. Bike purchased in April 2020. Arrived in a state that would have warranted a full service from a qualified mechanic. Also had manufacturer defects. The customer service since has been truly appalling. Over an hour to wait to speak to anyone, none of whom know what is going on and have a complete inability to deal with complaints. Now mid June and no refund despite the product being defective and the product being rejected under Section 20 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Avoid this company.

Spent £4500 on a Cube E bike and a fault code appeared on the screen. Took over a month to be repaired. No customer service at all Took over an hour to phone the main phone number and speak to anyone in the warranty department directly, you can only e mail and the no reply to your emails ???????? Worse company I have ever dealt with. Beware any one thinking of buying an E bike from this company. But they are very good at selling !!!!

What a disaster of a company. What a disaster of a company. I'm posting this message here because if I send it in an email I get no reply, so hopefully, a bit of name and shame will get Tredz jumping to improve the comms and customer service. Hi customer service, thank you for your email finally on the 10.06.20 after 4 weeks of reaching out, from what I read on trust pilot you are having to mop up a large number of complaints, I really do sympathies with your service team as its not your doing, but more so a badly run business with poor leadership ideas. Sadly Tredz has in the business industry a pretty poor reputation, and being a business coach I have heard from many business owners who feel the same way about the running of Tredz to its customers, it only takes a small amount of intense complaints to turn the reputation of a business into landslide sadly. When the blame culture in any business gets to the place of which Tredz is practicing by pointing all its complaints back to the supplier or customer it is because the support system for the tredz service teams is not there and everybody is having to do what one can to calm the disappointment of the customers. Your email system is awful, a four week wait for return of message in this day and age. Tredz needs to remember the scars of customer disappointment don’t go away but spread socially. I am to contact V12 on the 16th to progress with my withdrawal of our finance contract, but heres the thing I love the bike but have no wish to be involved with a bike supplier that offers nothing less than a stressful purchase. Tredz is a stressful company to deal with. Today is the fourth week without my bike, which in turn takes a full month away from my buy now pay twelve month agreement, and for me this is also a huge issue as this was the attraction to my purchase. To move forward we can either cancel the agreement or add back into the pay later date the weeks that Tredz has held the bike in store waiting to repair. There are so many other options Tredz could have taken to rectify the elapsed time to get the bike back and while it may have asked for a different protocol to rectify the issue and get the bike back to me earlier it would have also bought the customer service the kudos that so many of your trust pilot complaints wish to avoid. Been waiting for my items now over 3 weeks and each time I get on they lie by telling me it's coming soon (heard it about a dozen times now) It was in-stock when I ordered it and now apparently it's not and it's coming from a supplier. Rubbish

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. this company is incompetent, pathetic and a joke. Ordered a bike on the 9th of May for £400 (a cheap bike in perspective) this was to keep me off public transport. The bike was out for delivery for ages so I had to cancel on the 26th of May. On the 5th of June I recieve an email about waiting for the bike to be inspected before they will contact me although I never recieved the bike. I am now without a bike. Without £400 and still using public transport. What a pathetic excuse for a business. HALFORDS NEED TO SHUT THIS DOWN.

Bought a bike from these clowns it broke after a week thats was 4 weeks ago they have had it for 3 weks and done sweet FA to fix it there customer service is funking shhit theres useless im 2k down and thwy dont give a shiit im looking forwars to when the shiit shop opens so i can darken there door

Been waiting over a month for a pair of Garmin power meter pedals that were advertised as in stock. I emailed them last week and they told me the stock was due in that very day and would be sent out immediately. Lies. Think I will avoid Tredz at all costs in the future.

Made an order with Tredz on the 5th May 2020 for 2 tyres for my MTB (order number 4848951). The tyres have still not arrived after 6 weeks of chasing and now had no option to cancel the order and chase the refund. This is not a company you feel any confidence with and the service is shocking.

Paid £5300 for no bike Paid £5300 for a bike I can hardly afford but it’s seemed a good idea at the time little did I know what was to come! After a week the bike developed a nasty creaking sound near the crank and or headset after numerous calls messages and chats my bike was picked up what is now seven days ago I’ve had no contact other than when I push and even then I’m brushed off with they haven’t heard from haibike. This is not good enough they have the same bike in my size in stock and will not replace it or give me my money back even after I suggested these options I was blanked again. I’m so disappointed with this whole ordeal I have no bike which I also use for work NHS worker!! And I’m out of pocket to the tune of £5300 doesn’t seem fair

I used to have a good impression of Tredz based on past order history and used to go to their website first when looking for bike bits online, but they have been dreadful of late. 1) they have taken to advertising products for sale they haven't got in stock, and then back ordering them leading to protracted delays. 2) they have been nigh on impossible to contact either by phone or email when trying to discuss delayed orders. No response to an email in 3 days...45 min wait on the phone, listening to the same recorded message and no indication of how I was progressing in the queue. Back to looking to the other main online players first I guess, as I don't trust Tredz any more.

I ordered a Orbea team disc for my sons birthday. When the bike Finally arrived (late)Tredz had sent the downgraded model without hydraulic disc brakes. I asked if they could send the correct model to which they said we don't stock the model you've ordered We stock the one that been delivered ( why advertise it on your site then? ) They offered me a £75 discount off of the £414 Which would bring the cost of the bike to £339. I looked online and found Winstanley bikes and biker.co.uk selling the same None disc bike with 3-4 day delivery for £269 and £271. Hardly a competitive price from Tredz. They refused to price match and right their wrong, really poor customer service! Still waiting for my £414 refund Let's see how long this takes! Really disappointed As 4 year old Hasn't got his Birthday bike! I certainly wouldn't recommend or ever use this Mickey mouse money grabbing company again

I rang them up to enquire about an Raleigh E bike for sale. They usually do price match so I Asked if they could match the main dealer at Raleigh who advertised the same model / type for £200 less. They basically said they weren’t price matching anymore as everyone seemed to want a bike and they could charge what they liked. GREEDY GREEDY. You reap what you sow. Very disappointed
