“Breach of the Duty of Care Act. He trapped my 8 month pregnant wife in our home. Then, instead of alerting her to the fact the delivery was there, he stacked £500 worth of goods in front of the door, preventing if from opening from inside. She had been waiting in all day and only realise it had been "delivered" when an email noiltification came through. She was unable to lift anything on her own.
Thankfully a neighbour was able to RESCUE her and help her get the items inside.
Doorbell cam shows he was about to press the doorbell but stopped when be noticed it was a camera and decided not to press it. Bit dodgy right? I read online that an XDP are connected with trafficking so I guess it could be an illigal immigrant not wanting to be identified? Who knows, he also wears a DHL hivis! Anyway the camera records regardless of whether it was pressed or not so here we go.”

As a company, these are the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I’m the shipper, they collected from me which was farcical in organising alone (missed dates etc), then they take 3 weeks to deliver the item they’ve picked up for me (same country) and it’s been opened and replaced with junk. Clearly STOLEN when in their care.
Despite numerous calls, and attempts to call them (20+) and 1 hour waiting – they’re obviously gone past caring and not interested in answering calls or replying to emails. Furthermore when I read other reviews and find the word “stolen” 22 times on TrustPilot alone (8 of which mention goods missing before deliver), it shows I’m not alone in this opinion.
So I’m left with no option now other than involve the Police and my credit card company to pursue this.”
“Mechanic had me order a steering gear box for Dodge 5500 and had it sent to his shop. He told me it was wrong one and he went to get new one. XDP would not accept the return because it was "used". I responded how was it used if it doesn't fit. They said they could see install marks in pictures. I have 10 diesel trucks and will never order a part from XDP.”
“could not be a worse delivery company in the UK! I’ve had several experience where merchants have used XDP, and then every case it’s been a complete nightmare. A delivery from ALDI, I’m the last occasion arrived, completely smashed a week after due!
I’m waiting for delivery from WICKES due two days ago no sign of it of tracking just says “we've git it” 3 calls to Wickes, they say XDP is not answering their emails! There’s no way to call them. Absolutely shocking!”

“Horrendous service - made no effort to deliver my items. They are still sat in the warehouse over a month later and have never even been put on a van for delivery. Live Chat just keeps getting closed. They will not acknowledge my existence let alone the £700 worth of my stuff they have and refuse to deliver.”

“Absolute joke...twice in a row I've stayed up past 11pm for a delivery. ETA text message said delivery between 8.21pm to 10.21pm....text from them at 23.55pm to say I was next...who delivers parcels at that time of night??? Same thing happened the next day. Absolute 💯 rubbish”
“Billed me for products said they where on back order no delivery day emailed back no answer month later they took more money out of my account never notified me saying that I owed for parts that I only payed shipping first time. Still don't have delivery date finally got someone to answer phone call and no delivery date said they may cost more when they get parts if price increases not there problem still don't have parts 2 months later”
“Appalling mess! No text the day before the parcel was due. No text on the morning of delivery. Only knew the item was arriving by tracking. Delivered our parcel with another one addressed to us which wasn’t ours that is now sitting in our hall awaiting collection.”

Still saying in warehouse its now 19th October and this is the 3rd time you have held my delivery in your warehouse over 2 weeks.
I cannot find anything helpful or good to say about your company.

“I must admit I was a bit apprehensive about receiving my delivery after reading all these reviews but I’ve got to say there were brilliant, I received my order on the day it was expected, I wasn’t able to be home for the delivery but left a note on my front door asking them to deliver to my neighbour which they gladly did and the lad was very helpful with my neighbour and carried it inside to where she wanted it put!!! The only fault I can find with the company is a lack of contact number.”
