“Very competant agents, who didn't try and sell me something I didn't want. I got exactly what I wanted with no frills attached. The policy came with the bonus of M&S vouchers which I didn't have to chase to receive. The best bit is the phone number! No 0845 number which costs the earth to use! A normal phoneline talking to proper people. Well done!”
