“I was recommended to contact A Plan for a quote for my contents insurance by a friend. My experience was as good as hers. I found the manager Matthew Merriman to be very friendly, polite and patient. His replies to my questions were very easy to understand and best of all the quote I was given was the cheapest I had had”

“A-Plan insurance are great, so much better than dealing direct with the big corporates or one of the comparison sites that then sell your details on! The service is always quick and efficient and with a friendly conversation. The quotes are always competitive and quite often are much more comprehensive than other offerings. I highly recommend A-Plan to all my friends and family as often as I can”

“I have always found Aplan to be the best. This year however, I was annoyed whilst trying to get car insurance. A great young man contacted me at home, and there is no complaint about the young man, as the staff at Andover are terrific, I was annoyed however, by the length of the phone call, and the list of questions that are given to you. I did want to take part in questions about if I own my home, do I have house insurance, and although it was explained to me that this could infact my car insurance cheaper, its not what I want. I would like a phone call about my Car insurance and nothing else. Make, Model, address, cover required and anything else that is not to do with my Car insurance quote, NOT asked about. I ended up going on line and getting LV car insurance in the end, and a very good deal I have got at that. I have since spoken to Aplan, and asked them to ring and quote for next year, as I would prefer for my insurance to be done at the local branch, and I have taken my house insurance with you. I ask in future that on calls you remain to the point about the product in question for people like me, I like the direct approach. Your staff are fabulous by the way!”

“I have bought several policies from A Plan. On those occasions I have found them to be as good value/better as online sites. Also get specialist advice from people who know the policies they are selling AND you can pop in to see them. Very good! :)”
