“We have arranged our Cars insurance through A Plan for several years and have just changed our Home insurance through them. Their staff are always most helpful, quick and efficient. The paperwork is always clear, concise and easy to follow. I have no hesitation in recommending A-Plan for their excellent service.”

“firstly when deciding to take up a plan they didnt phone me back for payment as promissed I had to phone them the next day and secondly they promissed to send the estate agents by email the documents that day but didnt only sent when I phoned and complained I hadnt received my documents, I still didnt receive the documents and had to phone again the following week then eventually got them by that time the cooling off period had expired so not too good need to kick a few butts I think!!!”

“I completed a feedback form which I forwarded to the Ipswich office. In summary I was very satisfied with the service that I received. Jazmin Peach dealt with matters for me. I found that she was very knowledgeable about your business, listened to what my requirements were and dealt with me in a very professional manner. She kept me updated whilst I was making comparisons with other providers and kept me on board by not being 'pushy' in her sales technique. I would recommend your company to friends and relatives and will be contacting the Ipswich office for quotes on other vehicles and house insurance.”
