“As with our motor insurance, the service provided by A-plan Insurance was quick and efficient. We were dealt with courtesy throughout, whilst A-plan reduced the annual premium quoted by our existing insurers at renewal by just over 44%, for slightly more comprehensive cover from a triple 'A' covenant UK insurer. Thank you again, Jon. Why would anyone suffer the tedium of endless computerized options just to gain access to a call centre - and that's only the start!”

“A-Plan were up for a lot of competition from other insurers especially through the comparison websites. We were recommended by a business colleague who insures through you to see a Jonathan Hibbert at your Chichester branch. We were glad we did. What really 'sold' A-Plan to us was his customer service which was really first class in every respect. His attention to detail, knowledge of the products and empathy with us meant we were not going anywhere else for our two car insurance products and will be returning when our building and contents insurance is due for renewal. At a time when customer service is a key element in moving your business forward, he is an asset to you and we will be recommending others to see him too. Well done!”
