“Brilliant service carried out by those at A-plan. I was looking to take out house insurance, but only contacted A-plan the evening before. Although expecting to be contacted the next day A-plan rang me that evening and sorted everything out, taking time to explain all options carefully and working past their supposed "closing time" which to me shows a good company that cares about their customers. They were amazingly helpful, I wouldn't hesitate from using them again for any insurance requirements. I can't recommend them more.”

“Very efficient. I had to do the insurance by phone as I work overseas. I know it's probably mandatory by law to have to ask a whole raft of repetitive questions, particularly as I said it was the same as last time, and surprise surprise, the answer to every question was 'same as last time'. So, that is a bit tedious and time-consuming on a long distance phone call? But I was dealt with effectively.”
