“I have latterly dealt with the Chichester office, and found your representative there to be unfailingly polite, knowledgeable, and helpful, with the effect that I have come away feeling that I have been really helped to get a good deal. “Thankfully I have not had to register a claim so I don't know how A-Plan Insurance handles claims. It took a while to get all the documents needed to properly register the plan, but all communication from A-Plan (e-mail, phone and text) was very polite.”

“Went into Farnham branch they were very helpful and although it was not a massive saving on my renewal from existing company I hope that they will look for best renewals in the future without me having to phone around several companies.”
