“I first used A-Plan some years ago through a comparison site that recommended them to me, as one of their offices was local to me. They are extremely helpful on the phone and in person, sorting out any questions that I had regarding my car insurance. Also I've had and used the European breakdown cover twice, that they recommend and I believe it can't be bettered for value. When they say they will do something and call you back ....they do !”

“When I needed car insurance your executive Phillip was with me from very first day. He is very good listener, he is patient and not in a hurry to finish conversation. I spoke with 2 other which were also good but I like him most and I'll always ask at reception to talk to him. But good thing about A Plan Insurance is that I don't have to deal with car insurance my self. You do it for me and arrange everything. I have already recommended you to a couple of friends. “every one was most help fall I took my old policy in to show and was told they could find me a better one every one was very kind and all my questions was answered my son said it was much better and he said he is glad I have a better one so once again thank you all Susan OLIVER (mrs)”

“The people at A plan are very helpful and you really feel they are going the extra mile to find the best deal for you. In this day of Internet comparison sites, it's refreshing to deal with humans. On the downside, their inability to do anything by email is very frustrating. It's not always possible to be available on the phone. Oh, and I'm still waiting for my M&S voucher.”

“I was dealt with great professionalism and courtesy. Really happy with the service the Leamington Spa branch on The Parade provided. My insurance was quite complicated and dealt with by Andrew Dean (Manager) but was handled beautifully. We now have moved all our insurance needs to them. Can't recommend them highly enough. The seem genuinely happy to help. Quite refreshing in todays service industry culture.”
