“Although your representative was polite and explained what I wanted to know before I purchased the policy, I was not very happy with when I had bought a 'modified vehicle' policy, the statement of fact stated 'no modifications'! When I inquired why, I feel that I was being fobbed off with a load of rubbish about and I quote ' that's all o.k., the form won't let me load modifications' and 'its o.k., we all know about it and conversations are recorded'. This is obviously NOT what I expect and a 'A STATEMENT OF FACT' should be just that - FACT. I was not impressed and will be seeking quotes from other companies next year.”

We do have branches that specialise in a particular area of insurance, for example, commercial, travel, taxi and even marine insurance teams, and we do this to ensure that our clients receive the very best help and guidance when it comes to considering their individual needs. “The rating would have been very good but sadly I have been told by my son that there is an 'accident' marked down on my policy from a few years back which never happened. He called in to put me on his insurance which would cost a lot more because of this 'accident'. I was a company car driver and the garage manager had forwarded a letter stating I had no accidents but somehow this was not put down on my insurance. I would have complained but I have already paid and will probably move my insurance elsewhere when it expires. Andrew Compton”

“A very dedicated and organised sales team! Can't make any comments about claims or aftersales but the young guy who worked with me was really excellent. Also very good value for me - a middle aged dullard with a boring old car!”
