“When I have spoken to any of your staff, at any time, they have always been very polite and helpful. It is really good to actually speak to a person so that the best insurance can be implemented. Thank you for all you help”

“I called three times to ask for a quote for some new business for you. No answer. I then emailed in frustration - no response. I then took out insurance with a competitor. Subsequently you called my daughter to see if everything was in order ! Not impressed.”

“very disappointed as l paid for my insurance then 3 weeks later told there was a discrepency and had to pay a further £43 pounds l just didnt understand how this could happen when l had my insurance with A-Plan the year before”

“Excellent service. The A-Plan travel section in Farnham were very professional and helpful, securing me an annual European travel policy despite my various medical issues. The medical screening was straightforward and the whole process was very efficient. We have also used A-Plan in Horsham for motor and household policies, and have recommended your company to lots of friends. Excellent!”

“Your staff are happy in helping. But whan change car the price was £20.00 a month more I could not get out of contract . Will not be renewing insurance in August .”
