“I have generally found A Plan to be competitive. The staff in my local branch (Newbury) are always helpful and courteous, and on the very rare occasions I have had to make a claim, they have been most helpful.”

“Wilmslow branch were fantastic back in August. The odd part is receiving a feedback request from yourselves about my "new policy" 7 months after taking it out. This confused me no end meaning I had to take time to call the branch to query it as I didn't have a 'new policy' so was unsure if it was fraud, spam or an error. So not the best from your head office perspective or wherever does the emailing. But again Wilmslow were great in assisting with my query, understanding my concerns & putting my mind at rest”

“Very pleased with service received from Macclesfield branch. I have however been a little concerned by the number of calls received after my home insurance was taken out, asking if I would like to renew?? I've had to ring up twice just to check the insurance was actually in place, and have received yet another call today?”

“A-Plan are not the cheapest on the market but they have a branch in wilmslow so being from Manchester that's a good thing however if they was to have rang me back as I requested for a new renewal quote then I may possibly have given more stars. As for the service they provide I had no reason to call up on it thankfully. The team at Wilmslow seemed very good over the phone when I was looking for insurance though.”
