I have always found the staff at the Leamington branch brilliant, especially Daniel. Last year you were not able to meet a quote from elsewhere, but this year it was almost £100.00 cheaper and i was really please to bring my business back to you.

Both Katie Forrow and later Chris (?) proved to be extremely helpful throughout my claim. A credit to A Plan. However, I think you have a problem with the references used between A Plan, Questgate and Liverpool Victoria, but these only caused me minor irritations in communication during what was a worrying period. The important comment I will make they 'listened ' to any concerns I raised , be it the claim ;problem using my preferred choice of builder; small print in the insurance contract ( initially meaning I was liable for c£1500 bill for tile replacement ) ,happily . resolved with the help of your team, Questgate ,LV Assessors and the Liverpool Victoria Claims Team The work is NOT yet completed a result of further water damage found when the twin sink unit in the bathroom were removed . I have a schedule and look forward to completion . I believe a small issue remains with respect to any additional costs in electricity used by the builder in 'drying out' the rooms affected by the water damage in the bathroom. Questgate t, LV assessors, advise me if meter readings are provided by the tenant these additional costs will be met. Kind Regards Dr John Richardson

My insurance will be coming up for renewal and I hope I will be receiving communication soon, in order to give me enough to sum up my options. I think the £25 admin fee is beyond ridiculous, when updating your details.

We had been with Aviva for many years but were surprised with their attitude when I challenged the increase in my premium. Never having used a broker before I was apprehensive when I walked through the door. I could not believe how welcoming the staff were and cannot praise Matthew enough. Within a few minutes he had identified our needs and found a much cheaper quote with the same cover and "add ons" that we had had with Aviva. Not only that he ensured that our existing policy was cancelled on its date of expiry. We left A-plan within 30 minutes with the new policy in my hand. Will certainly be calling again when the house insurance falls due later in the year.

Able to discuss details when I called after receiving renewal quote and although you were not able to match alternative quotes I had obtained you were able to come sufficiently close to ensure you retained the business.

I requested a quotation for both caravan insurance and house insurance. The caravan was very expensive which was not surprising. The house insurance was more expensive than the price I had been quoted ( which I had informed you) for a policy which was not as good. I then had another price which I refused because I believe this price should have been made in the first place.

Having taken out Motor and Home insurance with A Plan in the space of two week, I subsequently received two phone calls (on one of the occasions the day after purchase) asking me if I'd like to buy motor and home insurance as my contracts were up for renewal! I hope that if I need to claim, they know what's going on between the different departments. Poor on the credibility stakes...

great customer service, friendly helpful staff. I now insure both my husbands car with Aplan too. Appreciated the M&S vouchers for us both having a policy. I would recommend your services to anyone.
