“Had to make claim recently regarding a no fault accident, Claim was dealt reasonably quickly, also provided suitable Loan Car. So far so good, no complaints.”

“I have a number of insurances with a-plan and I find that they are very competitive in the insurance market but also give a personal service, on an occasion when I had questions to ask regarding a policy, there was a slightly complicated issue, but it was dealt with directly between myself and the branch manager who was very helpful and gave me the reassurance I needed.”

“I have taken out both car and home insurance with A-Plan and dealt with the same person throughout. This personal touch makes all the difference when taking out a product (peace of mind). Furthermore, there is a standard telephone number where you can get straight though to a person (no machines involved pressing 1, 2, 3 etc). I'm also grateful because when finding the best product A-Plan worked out the best deal for the very best price, although I haven't been in a situation to find out what A-Plan is like for a claim and hope that I don' t have too, but I'm reassured that it will be just as easy as it was to when taking out a plan. The member of staff that I have dealt with have also been professional and polite when dealing with my concerns - hence a very happy customer to date.”
