“I went on line out of desperation. I had asked my insurer of my current car for a price to change to a new car. Roughly the same size,only new. The cost was going to be HORRENDOUS. I didn't carry on with the conversation. Then my brain kicked in. the WEB. So I put 'car insurance' on to Google and got a wonderful surprise. I decided to sleep on it, as by now my poor brain was addled !! So today I went back on line, all my previous quotations were available,Spoke to a very exoerienced lady, she will be a treasure in your office. The deal was done with humour and expertise. Thank you, and thank the lady I spoke with.”

“My policy covered what I needed. The member of staff was polite and listened and was very clear. Also answered questions accordingly. Also good that if anything happens I can just call them and everything gets sorted by them. Was impressed with the service that I’d already recommended to a member of family. Also liked the fact that you could deal with via the phone or face to face.”

“Not everything fits comfortably into tick-boxes on comparison websites. A-Plan can feed the variables in and I have found still manage to match or beat the lowest quote for the same cover of such websites. Should something unfortunate happen the assistance with claims A-Plan offer is also excellent.”
