“I was recommended by a friend and when I took out the policy I was informed that my friend would receive Marks and Spencers vouchers when my policy started. The policy started at the end of March and no vouchers have been received. Please can this be actioned as I don't want to have been misled by your staff. Thank you.”

“I've always had A plan but sometimes change to another completely but was never satisfied of the other companies results so I always go back to A PLAN as they always find me the best quotes and there is always someone at the end of the phone when I need them you can talk to somebody straight away and not have to go through lots of different channels A plan will sort out if you have the accident everything leaving you with no stress ????”

“Fantastic service , really warm friendly welcoming company . A very knowledgeable company who explains everything clearly and don't baffle you with insurance jargon . With great price packages why would you want to go elsewhere?. I love the way you can just pop into the office ,rather than being stuck in a call queue for ages ,then your call being redirected because the operator can't deal with your query. Well done A plan.”

“The car insurance for our Volvo V70 increased by over £100 upon renewal with SAGA but the renewal with APLAN via a classic car insurance was much cheaper and I am very happy with this. I will certainly look at putting our other two vehicles with A plan when the renewals are due”
