“A Plan seemed to have been in Basingstoke for years and probably like most people we have shopped on line for car insurance. But this time after shopping on line we decided to give them a call. Turned out that they found us a brilliant car insurance with a saving of about £150. Would definitely recommend them and their friendly staff. Well done A Plan.”

“A very bespoke customer experience with active involvement from the branch manager. I had some circumstances wheich meant renewing my car insurance was potentially more difficult than normal but following a leaflet drop I spoke to A-Plan and explained my situation and they then spoke to individual insurers directly about my situation and managed to get insurance and breakdown cover cheaper than I would have been able to find myself going through my normal insurer or doing online quotes. All follow up and correspondence was dealt with efficiently and accurately.”

“In a panic I phoned A Plan in Abingdon. I explained the situation and the advisor, Simon was extremely reassuring, calm and helpful. He phoned me back within 10 minutes, with a quote. Excellent service.”

“I was in difficulties caused by the previous (very difficult and expensive insurers) brokers beforehand. I told them (A Plan Insurers) the story and they sorted it out very quickly, cleanly and very effeciently. I also (to my big surprise) ended up with a £280 bonus by way of a 'better by far cover at a cheaper price' (£286 better). Their service is good and they are very polite. In all I would absolutely recommend them to/for everyone, even those whom have problems. A plan insurers are a great firm to make friends with (we now deal on very friendly and first name terms) as well as buying their insurance polices. Respects John Armin.”
