“Initial enquiry was by e-mail, at night. I then received phone call the following morning. Initial information was altered slightly and again, very quick service. All sorted very efficiently and quickly. Thank you”

“I requested quotes for renewing both my House Insurance and my Car Insurance. The counter staff were very helpful and whilst I accepted the Home Insurance quote, I decided to renew my Car insurance with my previous provider as there was very little difference in the overall price and T& C's Whilst I had informed A-Plan of my decision on the Car Insurance, it would appear that this decision did not get recorded within the A-Plan System as I received several phone calls chasing up my decision”
