“Technically I've renewed 3 and added a 4th policy. Only because prices were near enough as good as was available for reliable insurers. ALL your offices should deal with Travel Insurance, even if one is passed through to a remote office where the expersise lies. Being told that "you have to contact Fareham" (or where ever) is not the cleverest way to manage an enquiry these days. And when I changed my car in June just, 6 weeks before old policy ended, it was DAFT that there might have been an admin fee which I could avoid bycancelling, getting a refund then starting new policy. Are we still in the dark ages?”

“I was offered a 10% discount if I introduced another customer and for that reason my mother in law insured her home contents with you. I was unable to insure my home and contents with you as I was mid term with another insurer and would have had to pay a cancellation fee but was assured that when I was able to take out the said insurance with you I would receive a 10% discount. I have now taken out home and contents insurance with you, I mentioned the discount but was refused.....”
