“rated good would have been very good but we were promised M&S vouchers and I have had to ring 3times and still not got them, as yet we still are waiting.”

“The only problem I have is that the people who setup the direct debit were terrible and got my information wrong and the correspondence with then was not good either for my home insurance.”

“The thing I liked best was that unlike other brokers you get the best quote straight off and don't have to keep trying to negotiate. I have been put off by other brokers who suddenly find a lot of money to reduce their quote. Staff always pleasant.”

“Probably would have rated "very good" but I attended APlan on the recommendation of my son who has a policy with you . It was promised that he would receive a £20 voucher but nearly a month later nothing was forthcoming . I was obliged to call in again only to be told that the voucher had somehow not been processed . No doubt my son will now receive it but the matter did mean an unnecessary visit .”

“Tried very hard to beat a previous quote given by another Broker, who then failed to follow up his (lower) quote with a promised phone call.. Paperwork completed at A- Plans offices in Epsom and Policy provided very quickly. Will approach A-Plan for my own Insurance in September.”

“Rang the Farnborough office for a quote after having A-Plan recommended to me. My call was promptly and courteously answered. Thomas, who took my call, asked all the relevant questions and answered all mine making suggestions to get the best quote for me. While not the absolute rockbottom cheapest you could get from a online company the quote I got was competitive and, more importantly to me, personal. Being able to get advice, tweek things and speak to someone who is local to me was a big advantage, plus I can drop into the office if I need to. All in all very good service, advice and still a competitive quote.”
