“Found a good price for my second car but a comparison website found a better one with an equally reputable provider. However when I told A Plan they managed to find a matching price, albeit with a slightly higher excess. As I already had my first car with A Plan I preferred to have the cover for the second car placed by the same company.”

“People good Service Good Product Good Your Return Postal Service very POOR I was referred by indirect third party ( this is ok ) but to your Cheltenham office when i live in Oxfordshire.( I delivered second copy of paper work-long distance to travel) Now I find you have office in Abingdon 5 miles from my home!!”

“The renewal premium on my expiring car policy was so huge that I was prompted to look elsewhere. Passing the office of A-plan in Woking one day, I thought I'd give them a try. Twenty minutes later I had bought an, at least, as good a policy, with a reputable household name, and saved about 250 quid. When my other car policy comes up for renewal (or maybe before) I'll be back. Awarded a "GOOD" rating instead of "VERY GOOD" as I have only been through the purchasing process - very friendly, knowledgable and helpful - so don't know (and hopefully never will) about claims processes etc.”

“As it was a slightly unusual case with the vehicle owner mostly out of the country the staff took the time to work through the situation and found me the right insurance to fit our needs. Always happy to help with queries too.”

“A-Plan are not the cheapest on the market but they have a branch in wilmslow so being from Manchester that's a good thing however if they was to have rang me back as I requested for a new renewal quote then I may possibly have given more stars. As for the service they provide I had no reason to call up on it thankfully. The team at Wilmslow seemed very good over the phone when I was looking for insurance though.”
