“Took a chance and went into the Alton A Plan office to make enquiries about insurance in general and found that the staff are very competent and helpful. Nonetheless they did find me a decent motor insurer, who switched to. Then I ask myself would I use them for further insurance, the answer is yes. Fred”

“It's great to be able to sit and explain my requirements and leave the expert to get me the best deal! I've been using A-Plan's services every year for several years now, in both Salisbury and Bristol, and they've taken all the stress out of the insurance procedure. There's always someone ready to serve you, and they couldn't be more helpful.”

“I have had dealings on two seperate occasions and both times spoke to Andy. House insurance and car insurance. On both occasions he was helpful, polite and extremely informative. Was made to feel a special customer but the best bit was that there was no hard sell. Also called in at the office in Whiteladies Road. Well laid out. Staff dressed and groomed very well. The place " looks the part." Winning formula here. Oh yes. I did take up both options and got a better deal than my current ones I had running.”
