“A Plan have looked after my insurance needs for more years than I care to admit. I have strayed on occasion but always return. Saving a small amount of premium does not make up for the superb service A Plan provide. Pauline”

“I have insured my kit car and home through A-plan; in both cases they seemed to care about ensuring the insurance was appropriate for my needs and reasonable cost. Far better than any dealings I have had direct with insurers.”

“I was extremely satisfied with the customer care I received in the office from friendly and helpful advisors. Also I think it is a bonus to actually have an office one can actually visit and talk to advisors as opposed to over the phone. I have to say though that I still haven't received my Marks and Spenser voucher that was part of my deal set up 6 weeks ago, but I am confident that when I go in to tell them they will sort this problem out for me as efficiently as possible.”
