“I was offered a 10% discount if I introduced another customer and for that reason my mother in law insured her home contents with you. I was unable to insure my home and contents with you as I was mid term with another insurer and would have had to pay a cancellation fee but was assured that when I was able to take out the said insurance with you I would receive a 10% discount. I have now taken out home and contents insurance with you, I mentioned the discount but was refused.....”

“I have not personally applied for vehicle insurance for over 30 years. This was a first but I was treated with respect and was fully informed about the product and its reasons. Paula was efficient and knowledgeable and was not deterred by the fact that I had been driving company cars for so many years. She was happy for me to send off for my no claims after taking the policy. I was also contacted on 2 occasions to make sure I was happy and to answer any further quieries. I was made to feel counted which was also good. The rate for my requirement was extremely competitive. I will happily recommend to colleagues and friends.”
