“I used A-plan when I was teenager and 20 years on, called in for a quote for my son who is now 17! We spoke to a very knowledgeable, professional and amiable representative who took interest in what we were looking for, found us a great deal and got us set up in minutes. Sterling job and I'd very highly recommend. Thank you!”

“I received an excellent service from James, and would recommend A-Plan to anyone. The whole process is made so much easier when you know you can speak to real people rather than using a web site. I was also pleased to find that I got a great deal with my insurance, considering I was also adding my son to the policy.”

“Quote was good and cover, But this is the only good thing I have experienced with this motor insurance! I was not happy with constant phone calls / Letters / emails Felt pressured and bothered.. And I also sent an email saying this.”

“With the £50 M&S voucher, £104 fully comp for my 5 series was brilliant. I shall be looking for a quote for my house and contents insurance. You just need to be more careful with details, we have been called the wrong name and correspondence sent to the wrong house number.”

“It was vey good to have a face-toface conversation with a human being (and a very pleasant one, at that!) rather than a computer screen or even the telephone. The staff member careffully took all the necessary details and at the conclusion was able to offer me slightly wider cover, but at a lower cost, and all was completed there and then to my complete satisfaction. I would certainl use them again, and recommend their services to others.”

“From the first telephone call to the company, we received the best assistance from the staff who researched the best price for our house insurance, and also our Mother for her contents insurance and also one of her neighbours for her contents insurance. We will definitely be recommending this company to our friends neighbours and family.”
