“Very helpful and pain free from switching from one insurer to aplan”

“I had a phone call on Thursday morning my husband took the call as i was out and the lady who phoned told him i had not sent in my no claims bonus to you and my insurance would be void. I had already sent it to you with the declaration of my car insurance in the same envelope so somebody has lost it. I did phone back and spoke this time to a man and he phoned up my old insurance company and got it sorted. Was not very happy.”

“The member of staff, Gareth Stanley, who dealt with my enquiry was very polite, friendly and helpful. He fully understood my home insurance requirements and identified the "best deal" available to me. This was not necessarily the cheapest deal but addressed what was most suitable with cost in mind.”

“We have been customers of A Plan for many years - with car and hone insurance policies - this was the first time I was quite unhappy with the renewal price and fortunately they managed to reduce it as I was about to go elsewhere, so we'll have to see what happens in future.”
