“Very good service and quick response , no waiting around for ages thank goodness.. Because it was my first policy with this insurance group I was given £50 M&S voucher and better still my car insurance quote from them was cheaper than the renewal from my previous insurance company. So all in all one very happy customer.. Thank you A-Plan and a big thank you to Alice for all her help...”

“Polite, helpful staff who endeavoured to make the search for a good deal as painless as possible. I much prefer to do business face-to-face in an office, although I appreciate that this is a somewhat old-fashioned outlook these days. The local office was most convenient for me.”
