“I was a walk-in customer in Salisbury. Very friendly, helpful and efficient service from those manning the desks. Having just returned to UK after many years abroad, I was perhaps a more complicated customer than the average. I was extremely pleased with the knowledgeable staff and their speed in getting my insurance up and running.”

“Excellent customer service - friendly, polite and easy to understand - no quick fire talking and strange Jargon! Was lovely to deal with 'proper' local people instead of a call centre - you get a much more personalised service that way, and they were able to match my lowest quote from elsewhere.”

“My husband and i have been with a plan for a few years. After speaking to a broker to see if I had the best deal I paid for my insurance. My husband was assured his was the best deal also. He managed to find his own quote and extras a lot cheaper. So, I will not be using A plan again for car insurance and will be enquiring elsewhere for home insurance too.”

“A Plan found the best policy to suit me and my needs. I needed a policy where I could insure my 18 year old daughter just for the times she is home from university as I didn't want to spend £1800 to insure her for a whole year. Daniel researched different policies and managed to find the ideal one where she can be insured for 30 days 4 times a year. This is perfect for us and without A Plan she wouldn't have had this opportunity.”
