I have never encountered such disrespectful attitude towards clients. There is absolutely no customer support or service. I received 3 defective glass holders, or rather just screws, but it is impossible to buy them anywhere. It's very easy, just change a few defective screws. But they don't respond to emails. It is impossible to get through to the line, you are 27 in line, and since there is obviously only one person working there, he is in no hurry, and sometimes it takes up to an hour to serve one client. And so, when you finally get through after 4 hours of waiting on the line, they still won’t help you in any way. They told me to make a video and disappeared again. When, a few weeks later, we were able to get through again after many hours of waiting on the line, the operator simply dropped our call! I couldn’t believe it, I expected her to call back, but no. So, after a month of waiting, we had to really ask another company to meet us and ask them to sell us 3 whole glass holders of a different size, but now we can assemble our refrigerated display case. I understand that if our purchases break, then we can forget about the warranty, you simply won’t be able to get through to them to report the problem, and even if you do get through, no one will fix anything. This business ignores the law. We purchased a lot of equipment to open a cafe. We will never buy anything from them again.

Buy a sink and find out it doesn’t have a holes for water tap and waste pipe. Listing didn’t say there is no holes for the sink have to drill ourselves. Cancel orders straightway and robbed 5% of my refund, it beaching trading standard, listing not clarifying clearly

No small business should consider purchasing any equipment from this company. Their customer service and 'second-hand' damaged goods will be a pitfall to your growing business. Bought a food warmer from the company mid October of last year(2023) - five (5) months in, the warmer packed up. Contacted customer service via email, every reponse is different. One went as far as requesting a video to show that the warmer isn't heating to set points. In addition to this, I was also told to source and obtain my own engineer to inspect and provide a report on the fault. They have yet to reply and advise at whose cost this would incur. A refund was flatly refused, albeit less than six months old. Incurred food loss with no hope of recouping my loss - Avoid this company at all cost!!!!!!!

What a discraceful company! I ordered an undercounter tripple fridge. This arrived completely wrecked. Broken glass and doors hanging off. I was told that their terms and conditions state that I must inspect the product before signing for it which was impossible as my joiner accepted the delivery. I reported the iissue within an hour of delivery but there was no apology whatsoever and just a repeated "please read our terms and conditions". They have refused to replace the item and want to charge nearly £500 to collect the broken item. The customer service is pointless. 2 hours to get through and they don't respond to emails at all! I am out of pocket over £600 and have a pallet of scrap metal in my back garden. An absolute discrace! AVOID

Horrible customer service!!! So bad and disgusting if to be honest, I never thould I would ever say this, but WOW, this is another level! twice on the phone queue for more an HOUR - NO ANSWER, When girl in sales answered, I have explained why I pressed sales, so rudely said "redial and press the right option" and hang up without even saying sorry or goodbye... Another girl was so rude. 3rd call - Girl answered, sounded foreigner (so is myself) SO HORRIBLE! I said, hi Im "Suzanna" and .... after her attitude I have asked her what's her name, she said I don't want to tell you... I have asked her why? she said because I don't want to.... I said ok... the she carry on being so rude I felt so uncomfortable and I said actually I'm recording this conversation as well.... she said I don't want to be recorded and hang up! IF you read this you should be ashamed of yourself ! I believe in karma!

Failed to deliver next day as contracted. Or even the day after that. Impossible to talk to them, wait an hour or more and be cut off exactly at 5pm. Emailed to advise them to cancel the order as now too late for us and they have the cheek to say there a charge to cancel. Not under UK law there isn't if they're in breach of contract. Dreadful

I regret to share my disappointing experience with this company and strongly advise against engaging their services. My order, consisting of 9 items placed on the 19th of February, is still incomplete as of the 18th of March. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue through lengthy phone calls with an hour-long wait time and unfulfilled promises of delivery within 7 days, only 2 items have been received thus far. As a last resort to salvage my business operations, I had no choice but to request the cancellation of the outstanding items via email three days ago. To my dismay, I was informed that a 25% CANCELLATION FEE would be imposed, adding further frustration to an already poor customer service experience. This company's failure to meet basic customer service standards has left me deeply dissatisfied with their operations.

this company is horrible by taking 2 payments from me, and make two orders under my name with exactly same things, payment 643x2, i called them they ask me to pay 500 to cancel the order, while it is not my fault to make 2 orders and I have ordered only once. when i email them they never reply ! check the company house, this is their boss; BAYKAL, Hakan(check this person out!)what i can do now.

Well not sure where to start , but we have not delt with a company with such bad customer service. we have ordered a sink on the 19th February and payment was taken on the 20th of feb. weeks gone by and no product has been delivered. ive called on the 1/3/2024 and i was promised to get an update by the end of the day via phone call to see what is going on with our order. that never happened. i called the next day , over an hour on the phone waiting no answer. tried again the day after chosen option 3 as i had no luck with nobody else, only to be told as its the sales department she could not deal with our order. few minutes later she told me that she can only check whether it has been dispatched. tried every day to call from the 1/3/2024 with absolute no luck, only 1 email has been answered , ive sent 5. item has been delivered on the 13/3/2024. Now here is where we were completely shocked. there has been a shipping label put on originally with the 20/2/2024. It now has been covered with 12/03/2024 shipping label. So this has been sitting in your warehouse not being picked up for delivery and not 1 person can tell us why when we called. very disappointed

Purchase dishwasher within todays of installing a wire burnt out, tried to get money reimbursed after technician fixed it. They come out with allowed rubbish about parts ect Basically equipment might be cheap but after sales is complete rubbish. Your better getting from a supplier who can give you after care. Honestly don’t touch them. You have no guarantee on anything any major breakdowns could seriously cost you money

Terrible service....! We have ordered prep table and received a damaged product. When we request for replacement they responded like we cannot replace it until unless it is opened before 24 hours irrespective of non working days. This is not at all fare to do the business..

Worst company in the world to deal with, bought a catering grill, metal deformed after 4 uses, drip tray could not be emptied unless turned 45',this allowing fat to spill over machine, Customer service non existing, spent 4 1/2 hours on the phone to eventually to be told because I used the item it can't be returned, they would need to send out an engineer to see it at my cost, The grill is 20 days old and been used 4 times,, the offered me £35 voucher for nearly a £400 machine,, Not allowed to speak to manager, 12 month warranty is a complete lie, I will be contacting my visa company in which I had paid for the Item, PLEASE NOBODY USE THIS COMPANY, IT IS A SHAM, AND THEY SELL PRODUCTS IN MY OPINION NOT FUNCTIONAL AND SAFE AND EXCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY, KEEP YOUR MONEY AND SHOP SOMWHERE ELSE

My experience with Adexa Direct has been an absolute nightmare. I ordered a cooler for my retail shop, trusting their advertised delivery time of 3-5 working days. Little did I know, this was just the beginning of a series of horrific events. After waiting patiently for 10 working days with no sign of my cooler, I decided to call their customer service. What a mistake that was! Each time, I had to endure over an hour of waiting before my call was even answered. And when it was, the assistant seemed completely clueless, lacking any information about my order. Finally, after being told my cooler would arrive in 5 working days, I thought the end was in sight. But no such luck. The day before the supposed delivery, I received a call from a man instructing me to gather 6 people to help his driver unload the 500 kg cooler from the van. A logistical nightmare, to say the least. On the day of delivery, my hopes were crushed when I called to confirm, only to be told by a different person that the cooler had been damaged and returned to Adexa. Meanwhile, I had already cleared space in my shop and incurred losses of over £300 per day. Calling Adexa again, I was met with the same endless waiting and lack of answers. Requesting to speak to a manager was futile, as I was told none were available without explanation. To add insult to injury, the call was abruptly terminated without warning or guidance on what to expect next. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is appalling. Despite my numerous emails, I have yet to receive a response. Now, I'm left with no choice but to cancel my order and demand a refund, only to be told they'll charge me for it. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of Adexa Direct. They are incompetent, unresponsive, and will cost you more than just your money.

We bought a glass washer from this company Worst experience in all my years of business. Machine had a fault when installed customer services were a disgrace and were very unhelpful spent nearly 2 hours on hold trying to speak to someone then on the second call agent was very rude and cut off the call they don't seem to answer emails either we ended up having to get the machine fixed ourselves as its a Vital piece of equipment Absolute disaster dating with this company

Avoid this company at all costs! We had a faulty machine, sent a video as requested. After several emails, no help or refund. Also missing items from the order, still not sent 3 months later and no refund. Absolutely appalling company. Certainly won't be using Adexa again!!

Appalling Customer service. This company have very little to no communication with the Delivery drivers. I waited 9 days without refrigerator for my Fridge to arrive & had no reassurance from Alexa. Caused me some anxiety. The product is fine but not as sturdy as suggested - retro style without the beef!
