I’m almost lost for words for words for how much this company has let me down. I rang up and check stock levels before ordering, I was told they could deliver for Tuesday, latest Wednesday. It’s now Thursday and I’ve just discovered the item is out of stock, which is why they haven’t delivered it. I closed my business, I booked builders and plumbers all around the advice that they gave, which has left my business and all the staff who work for me completely screwed. I’m horrified they are still able to operate.

I regret and unhappy that I bought a product from here. lousy company. The dishwasher we bought was very bad. It does not heat the water. It was faulty. customer service absolutely sucks. When we wanted to return the product, they said they would pay half of the product. When he said electrical engineer and plumber, it was very expensive. And unfortunately it still doesn't work. Despite the report we received from the electrical engineer, they said that we will examine the product, if the product is not defective, we will pay you, otherwise you will pay 25% more. literally scammers. those who have a mind do not come here.

Normally I don't enjoy writing reviews, especially if they are negative. But I'm making an exception for Adexa. Bought a panini maker from them and it developed a fault within 30 days. Assuming it would be sorted out without problems contacted them. Was then told that actually Adexa has its own version of warranty. They only cover the part. You have to arrange an engineer to check the machine and write a report, then order the part, then come back and fit it. That would cost us £200 plus VAT, nearly the price of the machine. Now, it does indeed state this in their warranty and aftersales section but I assumed (foolishly) that all new items sold had to carry a 1 year manufacturers warranty. In fact, I thought that was a legal requirement. So yes, I should have read the blurb but I thought maybe a gesture of goodwill? Maybe some grace? Absolutely not. Simply a "you agreed to our terms and conditions". Almost robot like. Not even any help in identifying the part as I asked for a parts list so I could order it...and even pay for it if needs be! We had purchased 2 other items as well in the past but because of their "warranty" will not be buying of them again. Very disappointed in their customer service and their rigid letter of the law approach

I purchased a fridge that arrive with numerous areas of damage. I rang the company and sent photos, Adexa responded with an offer of £30 refund. This was not acceptable due to the extent of damage. I was told by their representative that people usually except this due to the hassle to return. I am now two weeks on and this matter is not resolved. Despite numerous emails and phone calls the damaged fridge has still not been collected and I have had one excuse after another. It would seem they are reluctant to collect and exchange or refund this product. Very disappointing and such poor customer care, would not recommend or use again.

Next day delivery was advertised - item took 5 days to deliver. Asked for refund on £15+ next day delivery fee and was rudely brushed off by useless Customer Service. Not a pleasant company to deal with - penny pinching and devious postage costs without fulfilling what was offered. BEWARE!!!

Delivered a sink. There is a cupboard underneath that you need to access to install it. It arrived locked with no key and no installation guide. The emailed the guide but 2 weeks later still no key so I asked to return it. They won't accept a return and the customer service team are so rude.

Genuinely the worst business i have the miss fortune to deal with, they have stolen hundreds of pounds at this stage from me. They claim refunds have been processed but never appear. Items never arrived, they claim half have and then ignore update requests, phone calls etc i had a brand new business to set up on a tight budget and important bits of catering equipment just didn't arrive. After 30 emails i have given up, as even when you get the same customer representative and reply to the same email chain they then ask for order numbers despite only providing it the last time you email, they ask for evidence things arrive broken which you do and its ignored. If i had more money i would take them to court. AVOID this terrible company and their terrible customer service, cant believe a company like this survives.

I ordered a £430 industrial popcorn maker it got delivered! I opened box and the glass on one side was smashed! I emailed the company and called but was bank holiday! After bank holiday I called them and they said they haven’t received my email and there’s nothing they can do!!! I sent them proof of email and still came back they can’t replace fix or refund me so I lost £430 plus the party I booked for was worth £500 which they cancelled as I could provide this service! Don’t buy from this terrible company and they also hung up on me twice terrible !!!!

I fully agree with the 500 plus people who have posted a bad review for Adexa. There is no customer service, the terms and conditions are designed to make sure that it costs you money if you have a problem. I installed a drinks boiler 21 days after the invoice date - it poured water out all over the worktop and wouldn't stop (until water was turned off at the tap). Refund, return, replacement? They don't understand the terms. The only words they understand are 'engineer's report' which has to be provided at my cost. So, a faulty £190 boiler requires me to spend £100 plus for an engineer's report and then, if they agree that it's faulty, they provide a replacement part to be fitted at MY cost. Don't use this company, you'll only lose money. They are a disgrace and I'm amazed that they continue to trade. Their customer service seem to be proud to maintain their dreadful review rating (it's the only conclusion I can come to). The only positive thing I can say is that I was planning to purchase a dishwasher as well, after this experience I can now avoid being ripped off for more money. Keep away from this dreadful, cheating company.

If i could give zero i would. This company is single handedly the worst catering business on the planet, they literally have no idea what is going on. They don't actually have the stock they advertise on the website, they sell it you, take the money, the try and source it elsewhere, if they can't find it they just say its been lost in transit. Do not give your money to this company.

Shocking after sales support We purchased a dishwasher that broke down after eight weeks Refusing to allow us to return the goods under the sale of goods act They expect me to get an engineers report explaining what is wrong so they can send the replacement part for us to pay to get someone to repair it There are no companies that we could find that stock the heater element we need .My mistake for not doing my research before buying poor quality import from China Tried to say that if it was purchased for a Company we are not covered under consumer law I purchased this under my own name with my own personal card !! As you are suppliers of commercial catering appliances surely all your customers are business owners Buyers beware !!!!

The companies eCommerce website is fraudulently adding business details to any personal purchases that fall under the consumer rights act in order to illegally circumvent the consumer rights act and in turn reject any request from consumers to return items within the 14 days of purchase or cancellations. When confronted with their illegal actions the company will always claim that the buyer has added the business details purposely or accidentally, but this can easily be disproved by simply testing their platform with an additional secondary purchase and it does indeed prove without any doubt that their IT systems simply add in company details despite a consumer clicking on the 'consumer' tab and not having any of said company related details registered anywhere on their systems or account, trapping innocent consumers. They operate like common scammers.
