Do not buy from adexa i ordered and paid for an 8 litre deep fat fryer they sent a 6 litre and when i raised it with adexa she assured me it was an 8 even though it’s full to the top from 5 and a half litres of oil it’s no good for my business it’s to small do not buy from adexa they lie and they rip you off

DO NOT BUY FROM ADEXA. This company is TERRIBLE. They supplied us with a faulty freezer - a freeze that doesn't freeze! Despite Adexa admitting that the freezer was sold faulty and needed to be rewired, they have refused our request for a refund or replacement. We are now almost £600 down and cannot do anything as we didn't tell them within the 14 day window (it was 25 days) despite the fault being intermittent. Their customer service is one of the worst I have ever had to deal with and they're beyond rude.

Horrendous service, obnoxious customer service advisor who have zero interest in helping. Item ordered and paid for but no longer availible and no refund provided. avoid at all costs.

I ordered two metal kitchen tables (flat pack) for my business, which arrived promptly but during unpacking and assembly, we noticed that both were damaged. Both tables were dented significantly on the worktop areas (aesthetically undesirable for our open kitchen) and one was also dented in an area where a leg is supposed to slot in and I had to pay someone to bend it back in order for the leg to fit in. I had ordered similar items from Nisbets, which arrived in better packaging and in perfect condition. The packaging was the real issue. I decided against requesting a refund or exchange once I read their ridiculous and questionable T&C's, so I simply left the above short review to warn other customers. I've responded about 5 times to their customer care team and all I have been offered to make this right is roughly a 6% discount (£30) on my almost £500 order value. This offer was followed by a warning that I can't return the item due to their T&C's, even though I hadn't even asked for that or wanted that. I believe this was a silly tactic to scare me into accept their insulting offer. Who would buy a significantly dented table in a shop at a 6% discount?! One wasn't even fit for purpose due to the leg not fitting. I asked for 30%, but according to them that is dramatic. They offered the 6% again, but I declined and said I will share my experience instead. My company will no longer use Adexa Direct. I recommend avoiding this supplier!

Do not buy from this company. They are a scam. I am currently in the process of Suing them, I wish i would have read the reviews before buying from them. They don't publish poor reviews on their site. I purchased a commercial oven that cost over £1600, and it failed after 3 weeks. I reported the parts (which are covered by warranty), and they are refusing to honor. They won't help get me a part or even let me purchase a part from them. The customer service is so bad. So now I need to bin their oven and purchase a new one from someone else. They only deal with you by email, they blamed the failed part on our maintenance saying we need to clean the oven more... its 3 weeks old.... Id give them zero if i could.

Bought 2 bar fridges. One works but the other dosnt. I called them to get a replacement and they said it would be on my cost to send the item back!!! WHAT!!!! They said as I signed for the delivery it’s my fault not checking it! This company is absolutely awful. MORGAN at customer services should be ashamed for working for this company!! I will do everything in my power to stop this company from trading. So other people don’t get done by this.

I ordered a fridge from Adexa which arrived in good time. I allowed it to settle for 24 hours before switching on. The temperature gauge said it was at 2 degrees so I put my food inside for a lunch job the following day. When I returned to work the following morning everything was frozen solid. I placed an external thermometer inside to check and set the gauge to its maximum of 10 degrees. So now set to 10 the screen showed it was 4 degrees but actually running at minus 10. I have contacted Adexa asking to return the defective piece of equipment only to find out they expect me to pay in excess off £500 for me to send a broken piece of equipment back to them. This company should not be trading and I’m going to do everything I can to make that happen.

Would NEVER use this Company again! First order delivered late and damaged, after several attempts to collect so we could get a refund they said as failed collections we would now have to return the item ourselves (large item)! and we would not get refunded until it was returned. Despite trying to dispute this as not our fault item was damage or that their Couriers cannot follow delivery instructions, they refused to budge. Poor customer service with a don't care attitude! Sadly, as it was urgent, we had ordered another of the item when we found the original was damaged. The second order despite being URGENT delivery failed repeatedly which caused issues and having to pay plumber time that had been booked. Finally, when it did arrive it was the wrong item and damaged! Delivery was refused. We had to go elsewhere. Refunds took a very long time. Appalling service and treatment of customers!

Awful customer service. The products were damaged & they drag out the most ridiculous policy to advise that the customer doesnt have a leg to stand on when biying the product & we have to pay to return it & also have to pay them a further £220+vat for "admin costs" Their email responses were appalling. Do not buy from this company.

Scam artists - do not use!!!! Once you purchase an item, you cannot get a refund regardless of the reason. Or they add such heavy ‘restocking’ fees you will at minimum loose half of the purchase price or at worst would end up giving them back the item for free. Apparently all this is on the small print of their terms…

Do not buy from this company, absolute rip off and they also with-hold genuine product reviews. We installed a hot water boiler only 8 weeks ago & the product blew up yesterday. No replacement or engineer cover, parts only. Thankfully we saw it happen or it could have resulted in a serious fire The item is clearly faulty and dangerous; absolutely not fit for purpose & should be replaced or refunded! Adexa are are joke, will certainly not be buying anything from them again or recommending any of their products....our first & last experience!

Ordered some products online - shipping to Ireland it says 3-5 working days. Today is the 5th working day , I contacted them only to be told, the items have not even been shipped yet. I asked to then cancel. I will buy locally at this rate it will be quicker. Advised they can cancel but it will incur a 25% re-stocking fee. What exactly are you re-stocking ? the items haven't even left your warehouse ...oh someone has to put them back on thee shelf.. seriously beyond a joke

Sold me a faulty product and would not exchange. Their customer service representative accused me of lying! They also initially sent me the wrong order which was also so complicated to sort out. I will not be using them again and hope you don't.

This company is to be avoided we brought a few items of them one of the items a patio heater didn't work in fact it look like it was already a return. The customer service was terrible the girl named Eloise was rude and unhelpful and tried to say we need to contact them within 24 hours if damaged, wouldn't listen item isnt damaged it just doesnt work.
