It took over a week to get here.
I made a complaint and was told that post was experiencing delays due to covid.
As a business it is your duty to update your website, if it had been pointed out that there were delays even with express post. I would not have paid extra.

Unfortunately, in this person's case, there were some unforeseen delays with their package. We have already refunded them the extra cost of the express shipping. So sorry about that!
“Easy to purchase and shipped quickly. Unfortunately the items were shipped in a plastic shipping satchel, and the wrapping did nothing to protect the boxes from being crushed. While I'm sure the items are fine, pulling out a box of condoms that looks to be run over by a truck doesn't really exude confidence.”
