The claim no 13795 from 23.09.2019 is in progress. No answer regarding it.

Hi! Thanks for your feedback. We have taken your case to court as Blue Air is one of the most problematic airlines in the EU. They refuse to pay compensation voluntarily due to the unfavorable financial situation of the company. This is what caused the delay in the consideration of the complaint. В моем случае я не получила никакого возмещения от компании, air advisor не могли бы помочь в моей ситуации так как компания Ryanair обезопасила себя от подобного

Hello Antonina, Actually we can help you, the only issue is that UK court practice now requires the initial claim to be submitted by the passenger directly to airline and only after that lawyers or claims companies can take and prosecute such claims. So please submit a claim to RyanAir and cc info@airadvisor.com and then we can help you with your claim, since RyanAir has no legal right to reject our claim after you file initial claim directly. Pentru mine totul a fost OK, 3-4 luni si am primit compensatia. Din pacate sotia pana in prezent asteapta, am zburat cu aceeas ruta.

Постоянно приходилось пинать менеджеров чтобы они хотя бы проверили пришли ли им документы. Очень развеселили поиски Олега среди пассажиров, про Олега меня спрашивали приблизительно 6 раз. Работу выполнили, деньги на карту вернули. Сказать что у них персональный подход к клиенту к сожалению не могу, работа по шаблону и лениво. Отправлял документы прямо из аэропорта в 6 утра, злой и невыспавшийся, в тот же день мне не перезвонили, пришлось звонить самостоятельно и спрашивать что ещё из документов нужно.
